1. Nature of Pre-Booking Custody

Your pre-booking represents a temporary **custody over the harvest yield** of the designated tree for a single harvest season. It **does not** constitute land purchase, tree ownership, or real estate acquisition. The physical tree, soil, and land deeds remain 100% the property of the respective local micro-farmer and estate partner.

2. Crop Failure & Weather Risk Guarantee

We practice strictly 100% organic heritage farming without chemical growth accelerators or synthetic pesticides. Consequently, yields are subject to natural weather changes, monsoons, and pest cycles. - In the event of a yield deficit, crop failure, or severe storm damage to your pre-booked tree, Ente Maram activates the **Guardian Protection Guarantee**. - We will automatically allocate an equivalent quantity of 100% organic fruit harvested from our certified reserve trees in the same district, ensuring your doorstep delivery is protected.

3. Sourcing Visits & Liability Waiver

Guardians are welcome to book a weekend harvest visit through their portal. When entering the partner country orchards: - You must strictly comply with the grower's safety instructions and remain within the designated garden paths. - Ente Maram and our partner micro-farmers assume no liability for personal injuries, insect bites, or accidents that occur while walking, harvesting, or climbing inside the country plots.

4. Sustainable Doorstep Shipping

Standard shipping inside India is fully included under your pre-booking cost. Harvest packaging relies strictly on sustainable, breathable organic wrapping to protect fruits during transport. Delivery schedules depend on when the fruits reach peak maturity, which will be announced dynamically on the portal.

5. Sourcing Plaque Crafting

Upon pre-booking confirmation, we will hand-carve a wooden name plaque featuring your name and hang it on the physical tree trunk. By submitting your registration, you authorize us to print your name on this public plaque visible during orchard visits.
