At Ente Maram, we prioritize the protection and security of our guardians' personal details. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, encrypt, and manage your data when you participate in tree custody pre-bookings.

1. Personal Information We Collect

When you register for a Guardian Registry account or pre-book a tree, we collect personal credentials, specifically: - **Full Name**: Used to personalize your dashboard and hand-carve your physical tree name plaque. - **Email Address & Phone Number**: Used to verify authentication, send timeline updates from farmers, and coordinate harvest shipments. - **Shipping Destination Address**: Used to deliver doorstep organic yields. - **Calendar Visit Dates**: Used to manage estate visitation slots.

2. Geographic & Sourcing Coordinates Transparency

We map the specific geographic tags (GPS Coordinates) of every registered tree. These coordinates are strictly used to help guardians locate their designated trees on our simulated mapping terminal, or to open coordinates in external Google Maps. We do not track user device GPS coordinates unless explicitly permitted to coordinate farm visits.

3. Payment Security & Encryption

All credit card and UPI transactions are handled by certified, third-party payment gateways (such as **Stripe** or **Razorpay**). Ente Maram never stores, audits, or has direct access to your cardholder details, expiration dates, or security codes (CVC) on our database servers.

4. Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, rent, or trade your registered credentials to third-party marketing companies. Sourcing profiles are strictly shared with the direct partner micro-farmer (e.g. Mani, Raghavan) who tends your tree, and the domestic courier partner who handles the doorstep shipping.

5. Data Retention

Sourcing records and profile sessions are retained in our database for as long as your pre-booking contract is active, or until you request account closure via the support desk.
